    Your service Staff is absolutely awesome! I have just expereinced the most positive interaction with an automobile dealership ever - with you guys. Either I set my standards way too low or you are the absolute best. Yesterday my daughter and five of her friends were driving south on Route 95 when they began to experience car problems. I went on the internet to see if there were any Honda dealerships along her route. I called your dealership and your receptionsist was very kind and said you were just 1 mile off the highway and provided very good directions to relay to my daughter. She then put me through to the kindest service representative I've ever had the opportunity to talk with. Becky asked pointed questions about what the car was doing which raised my confidence and reduced my anxiety immediately. Although you were ready to close I explained the situation and Becky said, "just send her to me." I was just in awe over her kindness and abilities. The girls arrived after hours, Becky got them in immediately, diagnosed the problem, had the needed part in stock, and had them on their way again in 40 minutes!!! I love you guys! It is a long way from Washington DC to Rocky Mount but I'm determined to find a way to give you future business. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your expertise. And thank you for hiring people like Becky. You guys are awesome!
